As the Human Resources Manager, Vanessa supports various aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, benefits, employee relations, company policies, and compliance.

Vanessa has 20+ years in community engagement, team leadership and organizational management. She has worked for Catawba Lands Conservancy, REI, and Avon Walk for Breast Cancer.

Vanessa graduated from Bradley University with a degree in communications. She lives in Charlotte with her husband and two children. They enjoy exploring near and far, kayaking, hiking, and camping.
